Ann ‘Annie’ DeStefano has been a Fintech operator and executive throughout her career, contributing to transformative industry experiences such as the successful launch of Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Her extensive knowledge, expertise and network uniquely position her to navigate the ever-evolving financial landscape. 
She was a member of the FIS Strategic Partnerships leadership team, driving new, innovative revenue and product partnerships across the organization.

At Silicon Valley Bank, she led global payments partnerships and a portfolio of Fintech companies as a lead commercial banker in the Technology Banking practice.
In 2019, she was named an "Inspiring Fintech Female" by the NYC Fintech Women organization and in 2021, a Stevens Institute of Technology Alumni '40 Under 40'. In 2024, she was named to the Jacksonville Business Journal ‘40 Under 40’ in Northeast Florida. In 2026, named a ‘Woman of Influence’ in North Florida.

Alongside leading Ann DeStefano Advisory, she is a board member of the PS27 Ventures Foundation, member of the University of North Florida Dean's Leadership Council and previously a member of the Stevens School of Business Board of Advisors.
